Who is responsible for the data

Quizap is operated by Ralph Almeida, responsible for processing the data described on this page under Brazil's data protection law (LGPD).

People who take the quiz (your clients)

We do not store the answers or the name of the person who takes your quiz. The answers go directly into the WhatsApp message that the person themselves chooses to send.

We only count anonymous events (visit, start, finish and WhatsApp click) with a random visit identifier, stored in your browser while the tab stays open, to show the funnel in the professional's dashboard.

You (the professional)

We store your login email, your sign-up answers, your WhatsApp number, your quiz content and the photo you upload. The photo is publicly visible, because it appears on your quiz.

While you fill out the sign-up form, your answers are also saved in your browser, so they are not lost if the page reloads.

When your quiz is ready, we ask for your email to send the link and up to 3 reminders to activate it. Every reminder has an unsubscribe link, and they stop automatically once you activate.

To prevent abuse when creating quizzes, we record a shortened version of your IP address (a code that cannot be used to recover the IP) with each generation.

Services we use

The quiz text is generated by Anthropic (Claude) from your sign-up answers. The data is stored on Supabase, the site runs on Vercel and emails are sent by Resend.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site and the quizzes (page views, clicks and completed steps). It uses cookies and does not receive names, emails, phone numbers or quiz answers.

Payments are processed by Asaas. Quizap does not store your card data: we only keep the last 4 digits and the card brand, to show in the dashboard. Name, tax ID and phone number given at subscription go to Asaas, which issues the charges.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time, under Brazil's data protection law (LGPD).

Official version

In case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
